Silverymoon
Kizzaf settled into Everlund, surveying her prospects in this new settlement on the morning of 10 Eleasis. She realized, however, that Everlund was too close to Silverymoon, so she decided to go to Waterdeep. The money from selling the party's horses would get her to the city, but she wanted to be able to do something. So she needed more money. How to get it?
What happened to the Gnomes?
Tardash and Robalind were ambushed by Palasiraks. The young dragon had spotted the party entering Lyssic's Crypt, and seen the 2 figures left behind. Using her keen senses, Palasiraks sneaked up on the gnomes and used her breath weapon. The battle was short. When it was over, Palasiraks took the bodies to the Tower of Bones and reported the location of the party.
Cult of the Dragon
Nevessam's failure to capture the party and, more importantly, the rune of stars exasperated Kireba that she had his body brought to the Tower of Bones. There, she re-animated the corpse and pushed it off the top of the tower to kill it again.
With nearly less than a quarter of the Tower's original garrison remaining, and with Palasiraks severely wounded, Kireba did not see how the Cult could continue its operations in the Polyandrium unless the adventurers were killed. And without assistance from the Castle, she did not think she could defeat the party.
Ambitious as she was, she had not intended to inherit a lost cause and would rather be disgraced than dead. So Kireba decided to prevent any further losses of the Tower's manpower. She would hole-up in the Tower of Bones until sufficient re-inforcements were sent to her. Or until the party left on its own. Kireba dispatched a messenger to the Castle to tell them exactly that.
Over the course of the day following Nevessam's failure, the corpses of the slain Cultists are brought to the Tower. Once they have been re-animated, they are set loose to wander the Polyandrium and surrounding forest. The zombies of the two gnomes brought in by Palasiraks were stationed in front of the Crypt of Rothilion to demoralize the party. [an error occurred while processing this directive]
